The following terms and conditions are for the usage of any of the ASL Corp. offered services including everything without limitation.

Our service is provided to individuals who are at least 18 years old or minors who have parental permission to open and maintain an account. By making purchases on our website you are stating that you agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions of service.

Service is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

1. Member account, password, and security
To open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing your current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to inform ASL Corp. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Mail Accounts
Credit accounts unused for a period of 4 months are subject to a $10 monthly account maintenance fee. This only applies to inactive accounts and does not represent an additional charge in your membership or letter writing.

3. Member Privacy
ASL Corp. must transmit your letters, address and other information to it's agents and members using it's service that you wish to contact. Your credit details are not provided to anyone.

4. Message Storage
You agree that ASL Corp. is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store messages or other information.

5. Member Conduct
As a condition of your use of our service, you warrant to ASL Corp. that you will not use our service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

Our service is provided to individuals only and for personal use only. Any unauthorized commercial use of our service, or the resale of its services, is expressly prohibited.

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through our service.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:

° publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information.

° create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message.

° include in publically viewed areas of your member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses or any other contact methods.

° engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other members.

° use, download or otherwise copy, or provide, for free or otherwise, to another person or company information provided by our service

° transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs.

° attempt to gain unauthorized access to our service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to our service, through password mining or any other means.

° violate any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States through our service.

° interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of our service or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services.

ASL Corp. has no obligation to monitor our service or any user's use of our service. ASL Corp. reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and / or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

6. Links to Third Party Sites
The links included within our websites may direct you to leave ASL Corp. websites ("linked sites"). The linked sites are not under the control of ASL Corp. and ASL Corp. is not responsible for the contents of any linked site.

7. Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability
The information and services included in or available through our service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. ASL Corp. and it's agents may make improvements and / or changes in our service at any time.

ASL Corp. does not represent or warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall ASL Corp. and / or its agents be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of our service or related web sites, with the delay or inability to use our service or related web sites, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through our service, or otherwise arising out of the use of our service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if The Russian Women Network or any of its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. 9. Refunds
All purchases are final, we will not issue refunds for unused cerdit balances.

10. Termination
ASL Corp. may terminate your access to any part or all of our service and any related service's at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.

If you wish to terminate your account, your only recourse is to discontinue the use of our service.

ASL Corp. shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your account or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

11. Modifications to Terms Of Service, Member Policies
ASL Corp. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions or policies regarding the use of our service at any time and to notify you only by posting an updated version of the terms and conditions or policies on this website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions or policies. Continued use of our service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

12. General
This agreement is governed by international laws and the laws of The Commonwealth of Dominica. Use of our service is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

13. Language
It is the express will of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.
